Accessibility Statement

Access is our mission, and that includes this website.

Accessibility statement details

Draft for review

This statement is a working draft for review. It is not indexed by search engines yet and will be finalized before launch.

Our commitment

The Accessible Legion Fund is committed to digital accessibility so that people of all abilities can use this website. Accessibility is central to who we are, and we treat it as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one time task.

Conformance target

We are working to make this website conform as closely as reasonably possible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We do not claim perfect or complete compliance, and we continue to identify and fix issues as we find them.

Keyboard and assistive technology support

The site is built to work with a keyboard alone and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. This includes a skip to main content link, visible focus indicators, logical heading structure, descriptive links, and form fields with visible labels.

Ongoing testing and maintenance

As part of building and maintaining this site, we test with automated tools and manual checks, including keyboard only and screen reader review. Accessibility testing continues as new content is added, and this statement will be updated to reflect the results.

Report an accessibility problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site, please tell us so we can address it. Share the page, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you experienced.

These are our temporary accessibility contacts. A dedicated accessibility contact method is being confirmed.

Information in another format

If you need information from this website in another format, contact us and we will work to provide it in a way that meets your needs whenever it is reasonably possible.
